Our Story

SEANAT was founded by four entrepreneurs who have each lived, in their own fields, the same long-standing challenge: the explosion of digital information inside companies, and the persistent difficulty of turning this flow into structured, reliable, shareable knowledge.

Over the past four decades, they have seen the rise of email, the growth of corporate networks, the shift from paper to digital, and the increasing weight of compliance, governance, and knowledge retention. Despite all technological progress, one paradox remained: the more digital the enterprise became, the harder it became to preserve its knowledge.

Coming from complementary worlds — international tax law, pharmaceutical operations, corporate finance, and knowledge-management engineering — the founders developed a shared conviction:
true innovation sometimes requires returning to fundamentals.
Emails, attachments, metadata, and business decisions all need a structure before they can feed AI, serve governance, or create corporate memory.

IRISTIA and the patented MRAS architecture were born from this long experience. Rather than adding another layer of tools, SEANAT chose to solve the root problem: turning email — the largest unstructured knowledge silo — into a clean, structured, durable database on which companies can build performance, compliance, and AI capabilities.
